Cable Green<\/p>\n<p>They are made available under a Creative Commons Share and Share Alike copyright license.  The materials can include textbooks, learning objects, library resources, <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Learning_management_system\">LMS<\/a>, faculty training, research databases and even free courses. <\/p>\n<p>The idea is that the more we share, the better it will be for students and educators. <\/p>\n<p>Some resources<\/p>\n<p>Community College Consortium for Open Educational Resources. See <a href=\"http:\/\/oerconsortium.org\">oerconsortium.org<\/a>. Also includes Open Courseware Consortium. Another repository is available at <a href=\"http:\/\/opencourselibrary.wikispaces.com\">opencourselibrary.wikispaces.com<\/a> which is based in Washington State.
