See <a href=\"http:\/\/www.openhighschool.org\/\">http:\/\/www.openhighschool.org\/<\/a>. They are a charter school of 400 students offering course for Grades 9 to 12 using Open Educational Resources. They suggested a number of places to find OER.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: black; font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica;\">Use Google<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial Unicode MS;\">&#8216;<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica;\">s advanced search capabilities available at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.google.com\/advanced_search\">http:\/\/www.google.com\/advanced_search<\/a>.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: black; font-family: Helvetica; font-size: 12pt;\">OER Commons at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.oercommons.org\/\">http:\/\/www.oercommons.org\/<\/a><br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: black; font-family: Helvetica; font-size: 12pt;\">Search Creative Commons for OER materials. See <a href=\"http:\/\/search.creativecommons.org\/\">http:\/\/search.creativecommons.org\/<\/a><br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: black; font-family: Helvetica; font-size: 12pt;\">Use the teacher resources at the Khan Academy. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.khanacademy.org\/coach\/resources\">http:\/\/www.khanacademy.org\/coach\/resources<\/a><br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: black; font-family: Helvetica; font-size: 12pt;\">The Open Academics Catalog.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: black; font-family: Helvetica; font-size: 12pt;\">While there are many Open Education Resources available, the problem is how to make faculty aware of OER textbooks. An answer is open textbook catalog. The<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: black; font-family: Helvetica; font-size: 12pt;\">University of Minnesota has created such a system at <a href=\"http:\/\/open.umn.edu\">http:\/\/open.umn.edu<\/a>.
